Hi, I’m Jessica Idleman.

I have been in the health and wellness industry since 2009. I started out back then as a health coach, trying to learn and understand what true health really meant. Since then I have acquired multiple years worth of education and a long list of certification programs along the way. I spent fifteen years working in the integrative and functional health space as a holistic nutritionist. I worked with some of the brightest and most innovative medical providers in Missouri. I also co-founded and was Director of an industry related non-profit before moving to Louisville, Kentucky in 2023.

In the time spent learning about supplements, micronutrients, and food therapy, I was also discovering the importance of our micro environments too. In fact, my practice gradually evolved into focusing on things like mold exposure and light as the starting point when working with clients. Turns out “clean” diets and expensive supplement protocols don’t move the needle at all if you’re not sleeping at night and living in a toxic soup of chemicals all day.

Naturalizing your environment is the greatest biohacks of all. What does that mean? We can begin to understand the meaning of this by asking how we were living 200 years ago. When you sync your environment with your biology (the way God made you), everything works better, including your ability to achieve mental, emotional, and spiritual fulfillment.
